Geek Gala

Blind Bob’s, 430 E. Fifth St. in Dayton’s Oregon District, hosted its annual Geek Gala event on Saturday, June 8. The pop culture, costume dance party benefited Dayton Children’s Hospital through the support of a local charity, Extra Life.

Individuals were asked to come dressed in costume and were entered into several contests and raffles throughout the evening. The fun-filled night was full of creative costumes, great music, and an energetic crowd.

Extra Life Dayton is a charity powered by dedicated and passionate gamers who increase funds and awareness for the Dayton Children’s Hospital. This event is one of the several ways Extra Life fundraises for Dayton Children’s Hospital with all of the events proceeds benefitting the Dayton Children’s Hospital.
