Since 2011, Spirit Halloween has donated over $374,000 to the Child Life department at the hospital through their Spirit of Children program. These funds help support hospital programs that so many kids rely on. Kids like Boston.
Ten-month-old Boston has spent most of his life inside Dayton Children’s. He has a complex medical history significant for trisomy 21 and laryngotracheomalacia. He loves spending time with the Music Therapy team. This Child Life program uses music to help kids’ development, reduce anxiety and pain, and bring joy to babies and young children.
