Thank you Speedway!

Speedway is fueling miracles for kids at Dayton Children’s Hospital. Thanks to the generosity of Speedway customers during their Miracle Weekend pushes, donations collected have made a difference in the Dayton community by raising funds to improve medical treatments, equipment, and facilities.  These funds allow Dayton Children’s Hospital to address the most challenging health issues of today but also prevent and prepare for those to come.

Patients like Emmarose who was diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer are able to benefit from the donations made by Speedway and their customers. At 2-years-old, Emmarose started experiencing stomach issues and wasn’t acting like her typical, happy self. After a seven-hour surgery to remove the tumor, Emmarose is now cancer-free and back to her playful self. The funds collected from Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals partners like Speedway, are able to bring miracles to families like Emmarose’s year over year.

Speedway’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals began in 1991 and has since raised more than $133 million for the children’s charity through various fundraising activities. Since 1999, the Speedway locations in the Dayton Market have raised over $8.8 million for the kids at Dayton Children’s Hospital!
