Love’s Travel Stops wants to help Dayton Children’s Hospital through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals transform kids’ and families’ lives in the future.

Children’s hospitals are at the frontlines when it comes to protecting kids’ health. But they can’t do it alone. Not only does Love’s Travel Stops provide fuel to customers, including those who move consumer products that impact society, but they also change kids’ health.

When you are visiting your local Love’s in Dayton, Springfield, Sidney, Bellefontaine, or Richmond today through September 30^th, you can buy a balloon for $1, $5, $20 benefiting Dayton Children’s. NEW in 2022, customers paying with credit card can donate right on the pin pad!

Donations provide help local member hospitals provide services like child life, pet therapy, outdoor gardens and more to help kids cope under stressful situations. Through these donations, Dayton Children’s can provide treatments and healing patients desperately need today so that they can fulfill their potential for tomorrow. Patients like Jay.

Born with hearing loss, Jay grew up bilingual – fluent first in American Sign Language and then, spoken English. In 4^th grade, Jay suffered a grand mal seizure. Two weeks later, he lost his vision and was diagnosed with optic neuritis. Today, Jay has recovered most of his vision but still lacks the ability to see certain colors. Overall, Jay is back to his funny and charismatic self,  thanks to his care team at Dayton Children’s and his loving family. And fun fact: Jay is currently taking classes to learn another language – Mandarin!
